As the Chief of Staff at Nivoda, you will be the right hand to the CEO, providing critical support in managing the company's daily operations, strategic projects, and global workforce.

You will serve as a strategic advisor, problem-solver, and coordinator, ensuring seamless communication and execution across the organisation. This role offers a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on the growth and success of our company.


As our Chief of Staff, you will have full access to the inner workings of a successful scale up and will be an integral part of the company at a vital stage of its growth.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, developing and implementing strategies, and providing guidance and direction to staff.

What you'll doCollaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop, communicate, and execute the company's strategic initiatives and business goals. Lead and drive key cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines. Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing requests and communications effectively. Analyse and synthesise data to provide insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency and performance. Develop and manage internal and external communications, including presentations, reports, and executive briefings. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization across various departments. Be a key figure in translating strategy to action, through processes like OKRs, quarterly planning and delivery meetings Building excellent collaborative working relationships across the business Evaluating executive direction and action items for prioritisation, ownership and follow up Owning the distribution of important company information to key stakeholders Recognising the criticality of time sensitive requests and adapting quickly to changing priorities Planning and facilitating leadership meetings and offsites, including formulating the topics to cover, building, and advising agendas, guiding the discussion, bringing together notes and action items, and following up as appropriate Leading and attend departmental meetings across the business, supporting managers to enable growth, unlock bottlenecks and improve internal communications Analysing data and producing meaningful insights to increase the success of our overall business strategy. Championing the development of data-driven decision-making culture Improving the company's ongoing processes and organising procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity Gathering departmental reports and compiling them into one company report Organising and maintaining David's diary, scheduling in appointments and meetings where required
What you'll need3+ years experience from a top consultancy firm with a further 4+ years of industry experience Proven success in a business management role, with a good understanding and awareness of the technology and scale up market Fantastic quantitative and analytical skills, including fluency in financial forecasting Huge ambition to help build a business capable of radical, international growth First class organisation skills with the ability to manage a busy workload You will need to be highly intelligent with exceptional business acumen Demonstrated longevity in previous roles Ability to collaborate effectively with others To share our values, and work in accordance with those values Ability to understand, communicate and improve the quality of multiple teams Positive outlook, enthusiasm, excitement and to be able to work efficiently Confident and eager to communicate with senior leadership and C-Level executives
