You may well be currently working in an in-house recruitment role or have previous experience working in a recruitment agency, wanting more scope to build proper relationships and work closely with hiring managers to source people for their needs using multi-media channels and direct sourcing methodology.

This is a 12 month fixed term role to cover maternity leave.


Ideally you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of recruitment marketing, demonstrate an ability to create effective adverts, manage your time and build constructive relationships with potential, existing and previous employees.

You'll be based at Francis House.

a short walk from London Bridge and close to the vibrant Borough Market, however there will also be an element of home working.

Your development and learning


You will have a suite of learning opportunities available through The Synnovis Way Development programme which is used across Synnovis to enable you to reach your potential, learn new skills and achieve your goals.

This is managed between you and your line manager in line with your own personal and professional development ambitions.

Support recruitment activities for the Staff Bank, with a particular focus on direct temporary appointments

Support in the drafting and editing of job descriptions as necessary

Support in the drafting and editing of job adverts as necessary with a particular emphasis on the Synnovis employer brand

Assist with posting adverts on Synnovis's website and other job boards

Support pan Synnovis recruitment campaigns through use of multi-media channels in a way which reflects the Synnovis employer brand

Continually look for new ways to attract a diverse pool of talent

Build strong, productive and enduring relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers within the business

Provide advice on job descriptions, market place and salary benchmarking for vacancy posting

Track and manage all on boarding recruitment costs, making recommendations to improve process efficiency and ensuring value for money.

Support with the planning, organisation, coordination and attendance to external and internal recruitment marketing events
