Job Title:
Hygiene Team Leader

Reporting to:
Hygiene Manager

Panificio Italiano is an independent bakery in Iver, Buckinghamshire. It is a new state of art purpose built automated bakery. We bake quality products ranging from traditional recipes to new speciality breads.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties would include, but are not limited to:

Monitoring and ensuring that all cleaning and Hygiene rules are followed
Supervise the cleaning staff
Monitoring regular cleaning activities of Bakery, and offices.
Training the cleaning staff on efficient cleaning procedures, SOP, chemical storage & handling, safety etc.
Inspect the work area cleaned by cleaning team
The ability to work effectively under pressure of time.
Reporting any incidents or environmental concerns to your manager.
Reporting sight of any pests to your manager.
Any other task as deemed necessary directed Manager.

Requirements and Critical skills

Proven working experience as a Supervisor/Assistant Hygiene Manager.
Good level of English with good communication skills.
Good organisational, time management skills.
Good team player but able to work individually.
Be aware of Company standards, expectations and treat others with dignity and respect.
Must possess a positive and professional attitude.
Highly responsible and reliable.
Expected to work across a variety of environments and you will be provided with PPE.
The role is ideal for someone with a high degree of selfmotivation and initiative.

What can I expect?
You will be working 6 days a week, between Monday to Sunday. The shift times will vary on a weekly basis, you can expect to work 48 hours a week.

The team is small but will need to be highly efficient to get the job done, so you can expect many demands on your time.
