We are expanding and ready to take applications from physiotherapists with MSK experience for a variety of roles. Want to take the next step in your career or develop your MSK skills?We offer a blended model of face to face and virtual clinics with the ability to spend 1 day working from home with laptop provided.
The successful candidates will be highly organised individuals with excellent communication skills and a wide range of clinical experience.
Responsibilities
- To provide a high standard of assessment and diagnosis, based on clinical findings, develop and implement an individualised treatment programme in conjunction with the patient referred to the Physiotherapy Musculoskeletal Service.
- Educate and train Junior and Student Physiotherapists, Physiotherapy Assistants and Support Workers.
- To be an active member of the in-service training programme.
- Maintain own competence through CPD.
- To act as appraiser of junior staff, using the service appraisal model to facilitate staff development and the production of a PDP for the junior.
- To maintain good professional standards of behaviour and appearance.
- To undertake the collection of data for use in service audit, and departmental research initiatives.
