Central LondonUp to £45,000 DOE**A fantastic, top 50 established Central London firm, known to us as a client for many years are keen to add an experienced Team Leader - Senior Legal Secretary(Employment) to their already impressive team.

Based in well-equipped offices in an impressive setting, close to commuter links, the Team Leader - Senior Legal Secretary(Employment) will manage and take responsibility for the efficient running of the team.


Skills Required:

Extensive relevant experience as a Senior Legal Secretary is a MUST:

  • Managing and supervisory responsibilities as well as secretarial responsibilities
  • Strong people skills | Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Experience of delegating to, and mentoring of junior team members
  • Going beyond what is necessarily called for, anticipating and preparing for a specific opportunity or problem that is not obvious to others
  • Willing to accept responsibility, being honest and adaptable and crediting others for their accomplishments
  • Uses and expands technical knowledge and shares expertise with team
