On offer is an excellent salary between £22,000-£26,000 per annum. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.NO LATES OR WEEKENDS. This is a temp-to-perm role with the opportunity for a permanent contract after 3 months.
A typical day in your role as Site Administrator will involve:
- Completing weekly timesheets for all operatives on site
- Completing administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintaining filing systems on site and keeping records uptodate
- Completing Induction Packs and booking inductions
- Completing and submitting stores/purchasing requests and monitoring deliveries
- Controlling the clocking machine
We are looking for someone who has:
- Administrative skills
- Payroll/timesheet experience
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills
Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
