Description
On offer is an excellent salary between £22,000-£26,000 per annum. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
NO LATES OR WEEKENDS. This is a temp-to-perm role with the opportunity for a permanent contract after 3 months.


A typical day in your role as Site Administrator will involve:

  • Completing weekly timesheets for all operatives on site
  • Completing administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintaining filing systems on site and keeping records uptodate
  • Completing Induction Packs and booking inductions
  • Completing and submitting stores/purchasing requests and monitoring deliveries
  • Controlling the clocking machine

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Administrative skills
  • Payroll/timesheet experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication skills

Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
