Prepare paperwork for new clients for the office and for Carers.
Make accurate changes to care plans/Carefree with regard to changes in care received by a service user.
Allocate and process new referrals efficiently.
Answer incoming telephone calls.
Ensure adequate cover is available for sickness or holidays.
Particiapte with the on call rota with the management team.
Provide personal care to service users during periods of staff absence.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is preferred with this post.
