This is a Fixed Term Contract for 14 months.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Plans and optimises the portfolio of Zonal Product roadmaps to enable the optimal mix of trading and strategic initiatives (Porfolio projects defined by set criteria)
  • Manages the Costs & Benefits of project delivery.
  • Works with the Head of Engineering to plan to match resource capacity (demand and supply)
  • Manages the flow and pipeline of work and ensures that a Discovery and Inception process is followed and that the vision, success factors and financial benefits are clearly understood and agreed by stakeholders
  • Owns Bionic's project delivery methodology and ensures that basic governance is in place across the key projects.
  • Accountable for the delivery Strategic Projects on the roadmap to time cost and quality


Meet regularly with BU heads and stakeholders to create awareness and gain additional value and reuse from Group-wide strategic projects and stream their ideas into the Ideas process; highlighting future strategic or financial plan milestones that may requirean idea and solution.


Requirements Requirements:


  • Experience Managing a portfolio of projects with a PM team reporting into yourself
  • Managing a group of Project Managers and overseeing their projects to ensure timelines are met
  • Willing to still get stuck into Project work / staying hands on within your capacity
  • Key stakeholder management experience you're going to be reporting back to board level and working closely with Executive members of the business here.
  • Influencer, great communicator working cross functionally across the business requires a lot of influence / communication
  • Agile Project Management experience
  • Background in B2B, SaaS / relatable industry / organisation
