Purchasing & Financial Administration
Salary:
£25,000 (depending on experience)
Full-time (35 hours pw) / Permanent
09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
20 days holiday, plus all days designated as Public Holidays and one week for the Christmas shut-down period
Free onsite parking
Location:
Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire.
Transairvac International Limited is a small local company supplying a range of equipment throughout the UK & Europe for the transport and industrial markets.
Experience:
Min 2 years' work experience
Education:
-
NVQ3 Business Administration (or equivalent work experience):
SAGE Accounting qualification (or equivalent work experience)
We are seeking someone to place purchase orders within the company and financial administration (see below), with a minimum of 2 years' work experience.
- SAGE systems
- Bank reconciliation
- Sales / Purchase ledgers
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Using Sage 50 Cloud accounts package
- Place order with suppliers
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Monthly reports & reconcile all month end bank accounts (SAGE)
- Quarterly VAT returns (SAGE)
- Assisting with the preparation of management reports
- Make payments to suppliers (including payments in Sterling, Euros, Dollars)
- Send statements to customers when required
- Manage utilities contracts for premises (including insurance, water, etc)
- Some stock control
