_We are looking for an Administrator to work with the Business Support Team to deliver the highest level of administrative support to the organisation and its membership_

Your main responsibilities

  • Management of pipeline tracker and launch planner
  • Maintenance of contracts in line with business needs and changes
  • Responsible for maintaining awareness of competitor terms, conditions, and activity
  • Ensure inbound retailer leads are handled within prescribed timescales
  • Outbound factfinding of opportunities within highprofile groups of retail stores
  • Liaising with internal colleagues for lead opportunities
  • Be the central touch point between the New Business team and Head Office
  • Reviewing all team communications to ensure a comprehensive knowledge of all current business activity

  • Strong IT skills in all Microsoft Applications
