Description
_We are looking for an Administrator to work with the Business Support Team to deliver the highest level of administrative support to the organisation and its membership_
Your main responsibilities
- Management of pipeline tracker and launch planner
- Maintenance of contracts in line with business needs and changes
- Responsible for maintaining awareness of competitor terms, conditions, and activity
- Ensure inbound retailer leads are handled within prescribed timescales
- Outbound factfinding of opportunities within highprofile groups of retail stores
- Liaising with internal colleagues for lead opportunities
- Be the central touch point between the New Business team and Head Office
- Reviewing all team communications to ensure a comprehensive knowledge of all current business activity

- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work within a team environment or independently
- Flexible and adaptable
- Able to prioritise tasks
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and detail
- Strong IT skills in all Microsoft Applications
