Project Support & Delivery Specialist- London, GB

The role will provide project management and planning assistance, support strategy execution and the delivery of a varied range of projects and initiatives, as well as help manage interactions with key stakeholders.

The Role
- Support the Chief of Staff and Head of Business Operations on delivering projects to implement plans and strategies across Business Operations
- Create efficiencies in the workload of the Chief of Staff by creating capacity and assuming full responsibility for delegated tasks
- Support the delivery of key strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives
- Prepare materials to support the leadership team with presentations and updates to various groups
- Support the creation, tracking and reporting of priority initiatives and key performance indicators
- Collaborate effectively on crossfunctional teams, often working virtually, demonstrating effectiveness when dealing with colleagues at all levels
- Assist in shaping and executing strategic initiatives, including the implementation of a global communications and change management strategy
- Help with broader governance and support agenda management, organization, documentation and followthrough of Business Operations leadership meetings
- Provide ad hoc assistance for Business Operations leadership team members as needed
- Lead and/or participate in other special projects as needed
The Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, planning, and management
- Ability to communicate and work effectively across WTW and at varying levels of the business
- Good analytical, critical thinking, and creative problemsolving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with shifting priorities, ensuring confidentiality, attention to detail and on time delivery
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Aptitude to balance and prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders in a fastpaced work environment
- Motivated and selfstarting, with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams
- Evidence of producing high quality written work to tight deadlines
- Experience of facilitating meetings, managing multiple stakeholders and building relationships with senior leaders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Process oriented, an organiser with strong planning ability and attention to detail
- An ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential matters
- Interest and ability to think beyond the task at hand and understand how one's work fits into the broader landscape
