IT Associate - Project Support


Location:

Salary:
£38,734+ depending on skills & experience


What you'll be doing:


  • Working with IT Projects of varying size & complexity
  • Ensuring delivery inline with documented methodology and processes
  • Working will all elements of Project delivery, including: finance, Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID), Lifecycle Management (LCM), planning, change and reporting
  • Ensuring consistent delivery and management of all deliverables
  • Driving continuous improvement of key processes, tools and templates
  • Proactively managing conflicting priorities
  • Potential line management of a small team

Your skills and experiences:


Essential:

  • Experience of Project Management delivery, including; finance, RAID, LCM, planning, change and reporting
  • Proficiency of appropriate software, particularly MS Office, Sharepoint, SAP or similar

Desirable:

  • APM Project Fundamentals Qualification, Prince2 Foundation or similar

The Investment, PMO (Project Management Office) & PSO (Project Support Office) team:

This team have various responsibilities ranging from setting and ensuring adherence to project processes, through supporting projects directly, to providing summary information for the entire IT portfolio.

This role provides good visibility to other areas of the business and provides the opportunity to develop into Project Management or PMO roles.
