A top 200 law firm are looking for a Commercial Property Senior Associate or Salaried Partner to join their Epsom office.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to department
  • Handle all aspects of commercial development and investment property work
  • To demonstrate an understanding of the business of the firm
  • Help more junior team members
  • To demonstrate a high level of commercial awareness.
  • To carry out work outside of normal hours when required
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures
  • Previous experience as a Commercial Property Senior Associate/ Partner
  • Five years PQE plus
  • High level of technical competence within Commercial Property
  • Good online research skills
