Digital Skills, Customer Service & Employability Tutors


Cultural Capital is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Digital Skills, Customer Service & Employability Tutors.

In this dynamic role, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with the digital and interpersonal skills they need to thrive in today's competitive job market.


Responsibilities:


Digital Skills:


  • Design and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions on various digital skills, tailoring them to diverse learner needs and levels.
  • Cover topics such as basic computer literacy, online communication, social media management, data literacy, and relevant industryspecific software (specify relevant software).
  • Provide individualised guidance and support to help learners build confidence and competence in using technology for personal and professional development.

Customer Service:


  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on effective customer service principles and best practices.
  • Cover topics such as communication skills, conflict resolution, active listening, building rapport, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Employ various teaching methods, including roleplaying, simulations, and case studies, to create a dynamic learning environment.

Employability Skills:


  • Guide learners in developing essential employability skills like resume writing, cover letter crafting, interview preparation, and effective job search strategies.
  • Connect learners with relevant resources and job opportunities, fostering career exploration and development.

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Stay current on emerging trends in digital technology, customer service, and employability through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and report on learner progress and program outcomes.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferable).
  • Teaching qualifications PTTLS, AET or equivalent (Must)
  • Assessor's qualification (working towards (Must))
  • Assessing experience (preferable)
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience teaching or training adults in relevant sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital skills, customer service principles, and employability best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Passion for empowering individuals and supporting their personal and professional growth.
  • Proficient in a variety of digital tools and technologies relevant to the training content.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
  • Tutoring: 1 year (preferred)
