The main purpose of this role is to ensure that all aspects of the day to day running of the operations are carried out safely and efficiently, in line with Restore company procedures. As the Operations Supervisor, you will need to be able to understand client needs and respond to them proactively, positively, and extremely quickly.
This covers an area of operations in South London and northern neighbouring counties and is an extremely customerfocused role as the business prides itself on its customer service and responsiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing team workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines
Provide analysis guidance where required within the management team
Work closely with the rest of the Operations department to close the loop and support one another
Training, recruitment, onboarding and staff retention

ABOUT YOU

Have experience of large scale operations, logistics/diary management experience is essential
Hold a Transport Managers CPC (Desirable although training can be provided)
B2B experience is essential
Experience in working at a management level in a similar role
Able to communicate effectively over different levels of authority
Problem solving, ability to identify and manage complex or sensitive problems coordinating appropriate responses
Motivated by a challenging role
