About Our Client:
My client, based in Leicester, is looking for two temporary Customer Service Advisors to join the team.
As Customer Service Advisor, based in Leicester, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring timely resolution to all queries
- Prioritising all calls in line with service procedures escalating any calls of concern to the Customer Service Manager
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Customer Service Advisor based in Leicester will have:
- Customer Service experience
- Be immediately available or available at short notice
- Grade C GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
What's on Offer:
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be entitled to the following:
- Hourly Pay
- 3 Months temporary contract initially
- Full time work hours per week
- Monday
- Friday
- Shifts between 8am 6pm
