Description

Our Client are a leading electronic manufacturing business based in the North East of England. The company currently require a talented Quality Lead to join the business (Contract Position).

Key Responsibilities:

To lead the ability to maintain ISO accreditation and improve quality management system performance.
To lead and assist in reducing supplier quality problems.
To lead and assist with shop floor quality problems.
To help develop and implement good fit processes in a full alignment with the overall company quality objectives and initiatives.

Skills Required:

Be a highly motivated team player.
Have a good understanding of quality focused high technology, high complexity manufacture of multidisciplinary equipment.
Have experience in a quality background
Quality engineer (advantage)
Production engineering knowledge would be a good skill
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Auditing background
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical information accurately.
Computer literate with Microsoft software packages; Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint
Ability to manage cross department quality improvement initiatives (improvement teams)

Salary:

Competitive salary offered plus a comprehensive benefits package.
6 month contract.
