Description

Doyle Machinery Limited are looking for a service controller with Plant or Agricultural knowledge to manage, control and audit all customer activities within the Service department.

The Service Controller will also allocate daily job tasks for the field-based service engineers.

The individual will need to work closely with the Service Manager and Service department staff to ensure all parts are available for the daily allocated jobs.

You will receive complete training on our new CRM system and will be responsible for managing the software moving forwards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in parts/service within the plant/agricultural industry.
• Ability to multitask with mínimal supervision.
• Excellent communicator and maintain/build customer relations
• Strong computer and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Maintaining good communication with Engineers and customer support
• Full UK Driving Licence

Hours:
Monday - Friday 7am-5pm


Salary:
Dependant on experience

Holidays: 20 Days plus public bank holidays

From £28,000.00 per year
