Neighbourhood Coordinator - 2 Posts
1 x 37 hours permanent
1 x 27.5 hours fixed term for 2 years to cover a career break
We are looking to recruit somebody who is customer focused, enthusiastic and committed to providing a quality service to all our customers.
The posts will involve engaging with the local community, stakeholders and ward members to develop and implement plans that reflect the priorities and needs of local communities.
You will also be required to promote and implement effective community based partnership work to ensure that plans and improvements are developed and delivered in an inclusive manner.
You will need to be a good communicator, have experience in facilitating and chairing meetings and have experience of working in a Neighbourhood Management environment working with partners, including voluntary, statutory and the private sector.
You also need to be community focussed with checkable record of experience in working with local community groups, and local residents to increase resident engagement in a geographical ward area.
