About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Training and Compliance Coordinator to join our Healthcare & Education sector based in Homerton, East London.

This is a busy role, responsible for making sure our cleaning and catering teams are trained in line with the OCS contractual requirements.

What you'll be doing:

Making sure that our colleagues have the right training in place to do their job roles
Making sure relevant audit and compliance documents are collected and processed.
Making sure compliance documents are stored properly.
Making sure our compliance processes are effective and uphold compliance standards
Pulling ad hoc data reports
Making sure new starters complete their probation training on time.
Helping support training our frontline colleagues by delivering tool box talks
Making sure that new colleague inductions are completed

What you'll need

Previous experience in a training or admin coordination role
PC Literate
Ability to work with excel datasets
