A Tier 1 Banking client is looking for an experienced Scala developer to join their high caliber Reference Data team, across the Global Markets Operations Technology (GMOT) groups.

The team is exclusively made up of excellent Scala Developers and they arenow looking to grow out a team in Bromley/Camberley.

The team is global and has offices in Singapore, London and Dublin where teams are all focused on the same project currently; MIFID II.

That said you will joining to work on various projects including MIFID II, SFTR and a data migration in the near future.

*Note

Although this role is predominantly based in Bromley or Camberley (which ever suits) there is the option to work in London also.

GBAM Technology has undertaken a number of initiatives in 2019 to support specific business and regulatory initiatives.

The objective of this assignment is to improve operational processes and bring further efficiency in the day to day running of a number of key business processes.

This requires a number of enhancements in the Reference Data Technology stack including:

Automated Good-ToTrade controls in the trade booking process
Automation of Client Onboarding workflows
Data reconciliation and quality assessment reports
Enhancing data models in Reference Data
Authorized Data Sources (ADSs) with new
Reference data entities.
