An award winning, full service creative digital media agency based in Covent Garden are recruiting for a Credit Controller / Biller to join their lively office in a fast growing company.

Reporting to the Financial Director and credit control manager you will be responsible for raising invoicing, billing clients on a timely basis, reconciling statements, monthly recs, credit control and Assisting the FC with Accounts & Audit prep and month end procedures as well as ad-hoc duties.

The role is on a hybrid basis with a mixture of office and home working.

You will need to be organised, hands on, self-motivated, pro-active and able to quickly build relationships with key clients to speed up cashflow.

You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have 4 years plus Credit control/Billings experience gained in an 'Agency' business with recent experience of DDS / Mediaocean and a good level of Excel.

You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to adapt to a fast moving, exciting media environment.

Salary:
