Description

South, Central and West (SCW) are looking to recruit a highly organised and motivated Business Support Officer to work as part of a dynamic team within the Immunisation Management Service.

The NHS Immunisation Management Service supports the enhanced winter flu programme and the national COVID-19 vaccination programme by supporting and optimising the uptake of vaccinations for the nation.

The primary aim of the Business Support Officer is to ensure effective, high quality and efficient Administration and Programme support to the service.

The post holder will take a lead in best practice and effective governance for the team, supporting effective operational delivery within IMS and a high quality of service provision.

The primary responsibility of this role is to work as a member of the IMS team to provide administration, and programme/project support as required for programme/project teams.

This role will be largely home working with occasional requirement to travel for team meetings.
