Our 4-bed residential home, compliant with CQC and Ofsted, is located in South Derbyshire (DE11 postcode) will support to 2 young people, aged between 7 and 18 with suspected mental health trauma, abuse, educational and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

The Team Leader's responsibilities

The role is full time, with a requirement to pattern work shifts, as well as carrying out between 5-10 sleep shifts every month (at £50 per sleep).

Experience and qualifications

Experience within children's residential support or similar (2 years desired)
Experience in Health and Social Care sector
Excellent communication skills
Level 3 in Residential Childcare / Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Hold full Driving Licence is ideal
Adaptable, approachable, and friendly manner
Ability to work using your own initiative and as part of a team
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable but not essential
Be able to work across shifts including long days and sleepovers.
You'll start life as a team member by joining our training 4 weeks of training with experienced professionals to help you feel confident and ready to support our young people.
