Social Media and Admin assistant

A rapidly growing, online retail business is looking to recruit an experienced administrator and social media assistant.

They have just launched a new division and require someone to take on the majority of the administrative support for this business as well as social media and TikTok postings.


This is a newly created role and so requires someone who is able to work flexibly, feedback findings, and work in a trial-and-error manner alongside the business owner.

Long-term, this role offers an exciting career path within a rapidly growing market.

Working alongside a small team, you'll be able to work with Microsoft Office. You'll also be able to accurately and quickly update products onto a sales platform.

You'll be working within a small but friendly team and have an interest in retail sales/beauty/TikTok.

  • Day to day order entry for the TikTok platform
  • Manage a TikTok shop
  • Create and present TikTok live videos 2 per day
  • Checking product information and accuracy
  • Regularly checking and updating the site
  • Quality control of product coming into site
  • Communicating and coordinating with other team members
  • Liaison with TikTok on product content
  • An interest in TikTok/beauty products would be advantageous
  • Some experience/knowledge of TikTok
  • Recent administration experience
  • Ability to pick up systems and processes quickly
  • You'll be a selfstarter with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Imagination and creativity are a must
  • Resilience and adaptability

Benefits

Hours:
Full time hours can be flexible between 7am-8pm (12-8 preferable)

Holiday entitlement: 25 days plus BH


Pension:
Standard NEST pension


Job Types:

Salary:
£22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
