"We are currently recruiting for the following roles for a new high-support service opening in January 2024:

Job title:
Flexible Support Worker, High Support Service

Location:
Clacton on Sea, Essex CO15

Contract Type:
Permanent Contract 37.5 hours per week, on a shift rota of 7 days a week, agreed by management.


Salary Range:
£21,312.23


To provide flexible support to clients with enduring mental health needs over a shift rota of 7 days a week which will include evenings.

Added to SAGE Benefits, X 2 death in service salary, automatic enrolment on a workplace pension scheme (after 3 months).

22 Days holiday, plus all statutory bank holidays. Company Sick Pay after 12 months of continuous service. Holiday increases to 25 days per year after 3 years of continuous service.
