Description

Techniche are supporting a well-established prototype electronics manufacturer in Andover with appointing a new Clean Room Operative. You will operate, maintain and monitor performance of clean room manufacturing equipment.

Salary:
£23,200

Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Friday: 8:30am to 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Setup, operate and safely shut down items of clean room manufacturing equipment in accordance with provided training.
Product Quality: Identify issues with product quality, machine process/maintenance or standards of workmanship and communicate in a timely manner to the Line Supervisor, Engineering, or Management.
Recording: Maintain accurate clear and retrievable production records in accordance with company procedures, to ensure production quantities are accurately booked against work orders and traceability of product is retained for serial number records, despatchnotes and/or other customerrelated documents important to process.
Environment: Work with the team leader or supervisor to maintain a clean, safe, tidy and operational working environment at all times.
Maintenance: Ensure key equipment remains operational by adhering to routine Daily, Weekly, Monthly maintenance tasks and recording task completion in accordance with company procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Work with Microelectronics technicians and engineers to help develop manufacturing production processes and work flow to ensure best possible quality, process efficiency and ultimately reduce all forms of waste.
