Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester

£28k per annum (£35k OTE)

Norwich

Permanent, Full Time

Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
We are currently searching for an experienced Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester to join our client's busy workshop.

Duties and Responsibilities include:


  • Identifying problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
  • Carrying out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
  • Maintaining thorough and uptodate product knowledge.
  • Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Communicating with other departments, such as the Service Reception Team and Workshop Control.
  • Speaking with customers occasionally, providing your expert technical opinion.

Your background & skill:


  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician (1 year +)
  • MOT Tester experience is not essential but would be advantageous.
  • Level 3 Qualified Technician.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work towards deadlines.
  • Full UK Driving licence.
