Our client are a multi-platform Martech (Marketing Technology) advertiser specialising predominantly in the financial services vertical servicing clients on a global scale.

We provide professional services which drive cost-effective, quality conversions for our partners through digital media advertising.


Your responsibilities would include (but not be limited to):

  • Ideation: work alongside the creative team to develop creative concepts and conceptualise new ideas for our clients
  • Design: create static and video assets for social media advertisement according to brand guidelines
  • Administration: keeping on top of daytoday admin and the organisation of creative assets, ensuring they are readily accessible to other team members
  • Presentations: consolidating creative projects within PowerPoint to display assets and present to clients
  • Collaboration: work closely with project stakeholders and clients to understand design requirements and strategy goals
  • Market research: staying up to date on current trends and keeping track of what our clients' competitors are doing
  • Internal/external meetings: regularly attending team and client meetings
Entry requirements

  • 5 GCSEs grade A*C/94 or equivalent (including English and Maths)

Required:


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Good teamwork skills and a willingness to accept constructive feedback
  • Ability to set and work to realistic deadlines
  • Familiarity with design software, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms

Desired:


  • Experience using Adobe software (primarily Photoshop and After Effects/Premiere Pro)
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing and design requirements
  • Knowledge of branding principles
  • Experience in fostering positive communications with clients
Training to be provided

You will undertake the ground-breaking Apprentify Content Creator Level 3 apprenticeship.


We have designed our programme to offer you a distinct route into your chosen career path and specialise in researching, preparing, and developing content to maximise audience engagement.

Content creators capture the strategy and objectives of the brand and needs of the customer, client or business.

During the 13 months of training, you will learn the most up to date theory and industry practices across 11 carefully structured Modules covering the duties that are required as a Content Creator:

  • Plan and develop creative content in line with the brief and budget/costs.
  • Interpret the strategy and objectives of the brand and align these to the content.
  • Research, prepare and develop the media messaging to maximise audience engagement.
  • Develop and create written content that can be used across a variety of media.
  • Create visual and audio content that can be used across a variety of media.
  • Store content securely and methodically to enable efficient access and retrieval
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to plan and align content delivery with business objectives.
  • Manage content online using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the content produced against the original plan and recommend improvements.
  • Undertake continuous professional development to keep uptodate with trends and technology.
