Office Based Initially - Hybrid after a few months once established in the role
You will be part of a small team and must be willing to jump in and contribute, be a team player and be willing to help and wear multiple hats.
Inside Sales Executive RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:
- Delivering sustainable growth in target markets whilst driving continuous improvement in Customer Service
- Managing existing customer base and driving new business development through cold calling
- Internal management of customer requirements through uptodate customer call lists, and teleselling to ensure daily/weekly/monthly customer requirements are captured
- Identify any potential opportunities for business development and make appointments for the external sales team
- A selfstarter that is confident and personable with an excellent telephone manner and can build longlasting relationships
- Dedication, accuracy, confidentiality and loyalty.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Experience in Excel and Microsoft packages
- Persuasive, resilient and friendly
- Outstanding influencing skills and the ability to sell complex ideas and proposals to demanding clients
- The ability to speak another language is highly advantageous but not essential
- Strong base salary and commission structure
