Description

The main responsibilities within this position include:

  • Scanning, processing and coding of purchase ledger invoices
  • Allocating bank receipts and payments to the accounting ledgers
  • Sales ledger credit control
  • Supplier statement reconciliation and payment
  • Performing bank payments
  • Ad hoc finance duties including reconciliations
  • Assisting with yearend schedules

Role Requirements

  • Be selfmotivated and highly organised
  • Possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Computer literate
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines when required
  • Be able to time manage and prioritise your work load
  • Work closely with internal departments to find solutions and solve problems effectively
  • Be driven to completing tasks and have a meticulous eye for detail
