Description
The main responsibilities within this position include:
- Scanning, processing and coding of purchase ledger invoices
- Allocating bank receipts and payments to the accounting ledgers
- Sales ledger credit control
- Supplier statement reconciliation and payment
- Performing bank payments
- Ad hoc finance duties including reconciliations
- Assisting with yearend schedules
Role Requirements
- Be selfmotivated and highly organised
- Possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Computer literate
- Be able to work to tight deadlines when required
- Be able to time manage and prioritise your work load
- Work closely with internal departments to find solutions and solve problems effectively
- Be driven to completing tasks and have a meticulous eye for detail
