Revenue Analyst


We are pleased to be working exclusively with our PE backed client based in central Manchester, who are looking for a Revenue Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis, working a hybrid model.


This person will be a key commercial strategist in this organisation, responsible for using market data to analyse demand and competitor activity to make pricing and commercial recommendations with the aim of increasing market share and maximising the revenuefor a portfolio of suppliers.

The company has driven an impressive buy and build strategy in its sector.

The core central functions of these acquisitions are being consolidated with an impressive Tech team for the Group in Manchester.

The successful individual will have extensive analytical experience of working in a fast-paced, commercial environment. They will have previous experience of delivering results against targets, with the desire to continually improve business performance.

You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to construct compelling business cases and encourage open dialogue, whilst building relationships.

For this role it is important you have experience working with data insight tools such as Tableauand Power BI.


Job responsibilities:

  • To develop and use tools in order to make pricing recommendations for products in order to drive sales performance.
  • Detailed knowledge of regional performance through daily analysis of occupancy & revenue trends.
  • Communicate trading and revenue position through written and verbal communication to key stakeholders, highlighting threats, opportunities and proposed action.
  • Understanding of competitor price position and promotional price points.
  • To use data to help maximise the uptake of additional products and services during the booking process. Process Efficiency & RM Tech.
  • To implement new strategic and commercial initiatives that will drive revenue opportunities for the business and our owners.
  • To help identify new opportunities to improve commercial performance, including revenue generating opportunities, systems integration, channel management and other technological projects.
  • To implement new systems projects to ensure they are delivered smoothly and in line with expectations.
