Join a fast-growing Ophthalmology organisation with an innovative range of high-quality Dry Eye products.

Our client is currently looking for a driven and eager Hospital Specialist to join their well-established sales team in promoting their leading Dry Eye portfolio to key hospital customers across North East and Yorkshire region.

Ideal Requirement for the Hospital Specialist

Pharmaceutical Industry sales experience in secondary care
Degree educated, preferably in Science
ABPI Qualified.

Role Responsibilities for the Hospital Specialist

Customer relationship management and execution of the sales process
Developing and executing an account plan for the territory. Proactively initiate, develop, and implement a growth plan to improve current position and maximise opportunity.
Achieving targets and objectives for the territory
Ophthalmic Hospital sales / Hospital formularies / CCGs (product switches).
Responsible for identifying key stakeholders and establishing relationships with influencers and decision makers to facilitate broader and deeper access for the Companies healthcare products.
