About the Role:

The
As we continue to grow and innovate, we're looking for talented individuals to join us. Previous experience in the MedTech field is not necessary for this role. We are looking for a detailoriented, digitally savvy, and selfmotivated marketing professional with a positive and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Assist with daytoday planning of virtual, inperson and hybrid events
Work with the communications team on targeted digital marketing campaigns, to promote and ensure the success of events
Manage stock of merchandise items and marketing collateral
Publish eventsrelated content to the website
Act as central coordinator for regular event suppliers across shipping, booth design, AV and other services
Prepare and manage communications with event speakers, including collating content and coordinating travel requirements
On occasion, attend events to assist with logistics and attendee hosting
Provide adhoc support to the broader Marketing team as required
Traveling globally and occasionally work weekends, holidays and nonstandard hours when required
Working in a fastpaced, constantly changing environment where no two days are the same

Essential Skills & Experience:

University degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, communications, public relations or related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Strong ability to work as part of a team, demonstrate initiative and solve problems independently
Extremely organized and confident in ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge or experience of Events Operations

Desirable Skills & Experience:

We're looking for someone to train in our digital marketing systems: experience in html or any coding experience would be a huge advantage
Knowledge or experience of the MedTech/ Medical Devices industry
