We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile banking clients.

They are currently looking for a Project Manager to join them on an initial 6 month contract but with the likelihood of extension.

Overview of the Role:

To support existing teams with already live projects, primarily focusing on Pensions, Investments and Trusts.

Key Capabilities:

Owns the delivering of a prescribed budget for own area of the organization and/or conducts analyses on budget progress in other areas while supporting established systems.
Delivers to meet customer needs related to standard products and services and/or develop a team.
Identifies shortcomings and suggests improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures, then delivers a plan for a small element of an organisational change programme with mentorship from a project/programme manager.
Delivers required outcomes for area of responsibility by operating within established knowledge management systems.
Delivers outcomes by leading others and building successful teams.
Delivers own medium or largescale projects by working within an established programme management plan.
Investigates standard and nonroutines incidents and reports and provides experienced advice to more senior colleagues while coordinating with all internal functions to facilitate effective progress of compliance programmes to minimise risk exposures andensure adherence with regulatory standards.
Delivers prescribed outcomes for a designated area, using risk management systems to ensure the organisation is not exposed to undue risks.
Achieves planned commitments by developing shortterm and/or mediumterm work schedules and using additional resources as needed

Location:

This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the clients Edinburgh office at least 1 day per week.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday standard working hours with some flexibility where required.
