Are you looking to demonstrate your abilities as a
Customer Campaign Manager? We have an amazing opportunity available working for one of London's largest authorities.


Role overview:


In this role as
customer campaign manager, you will be the lead on campaigns that will reach millions of people.

You will specifically be working on the
Public Transport Safety and The Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Projects.


You will be responsible for developing 1-2 year and other short-term customer and user campaigns and programmes, leading the day-to-day management and delivery of integrated communications campaigns and behaviour change programmes, understand the final strategyand how to translate it into deliverables for their channels and management of project and campaign budgets of circa £50K-£2m.

Location: 2-3 days Stratford Office/ Hybrid


Daily rate:
£388.10 PAYE/£522.04 UMBRELLA

Contract length: 3 months

Experience:


  • Multichannel experience
  • Proven experience of planning and leading the delivery of integrated throughtheline customerfacing communications campaigns in on and offline channels from radio, posters, and social media, as well as face to face.
  • Experience of delivering outcomefocussed campaigns that have successfully influenced customers' behaviour, enhanced an organisation's reputation, and generated revenue and sales.
  • Experience of managing creative and media agencies to develop and deliver creative and media strategies and leading the delivery of campaigns.
  • Strong ability to plan and deliver change projects in a large organisation and successfully achieve defined benefits.
  • Ability to build working relationships and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with people at all levels across the organisation and externally.
