Description
Major Players are working with a world leader in the online luxury and fashion world. They are currently developing their digital capabilities and due to this are now looking for a
freelance CRM Strategic Planning Executiveto join the team for 2 months
- this team is responsible for driving new and existing customer growth.


Role-

  • Troubleshooting and highlighting areas of the CRM process which could be improved to make the creation and deployment of communications more efficient and automated.
  • Build solid relationships with cross functional teams such as Design, Fashion and site trading.

The type of person they are looking for:

years' experience in a similar role

  • Good working knowledge of Excel (Intermediate level) and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work both independently and in team in a structured manner
  • Knowledgeable of data protection legislation e.g., GDPR
