Company Description

Our office was established in 2012 and our mission is to brighten the lives of people living in our community and giving them a sense of purpose, wellbeing & worth.

This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best-in-class quality care and support the growth of our business.

We take pride in what we do and are one of only 4% of UK care providers to be rated CQC outstanding.

What working with us looks like...

  • We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Stourbridge, Hagley, and Halesowen.
  • As a Care Professional, you will visit the same clients every week and by building relationships with them, you can be the difference that helps them not just to live in their own home, but to live well at home.
  • As each day is varied, you'll need to think on your feet it helps to be light on them too as clients often enjoy a dance following afternoon tea.
  • With us, every visit is at least one hour long so you are not rushed and can deliver the sort of care that you would want for your own family, empowering them to remain independent within their own homes for as long as possible. These visits could involve anything from Companionship to Personal Care and Home Help.
  • We will work closely with you to build your hours and your own unique schedule.
  • Our Care Professionals do not wear uniforms which can create a barrier, so you look and feel more like a friend or part of the family.
  • We have industry leading training so no matter what your work background is, we will make sure you are well prepared and confident to meet our wonderful clients.

Qualifications?

  • You do not need any experience to become a Care Professional, you just need to be a genuine caring person and have a big heart (and a big smile)
  • You do need to have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service, along with being reliable, trustworthy, and respectful.
  • You must find joy in the little moments in life. A cuppa made "just right" or asking for the second scoop of ice cream on a hot day
  • Timekeeping is crucial, you should arrive on time, take your time to listen, take time to understand and take time to care we measure time in hours, and each one matters.
  • Car and Full UK Driving licence are essential.
