We are looking for an enthusiastic pre-school assistant to join our friendly pre-school team.

We are a two-form entry primary school Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' in July 2017. We have a twenty-four-place pre-school managed by Hillmorton Primary School, offering spaces to pupils following their third birthday.

We have a long-standing positive reputation and are well respected within the Rugby area, which means that we always have a waiting list for pre-school places.

Professional development opportunities

Key requirements - GCSE at Level A-C or equivalent in Literacy and Numeracy. (Early years role - hold minimum national standard NVQ 2.) Experience in working as a TA or Early Years Educator is desirable but not essential.
