The Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service for all guests at Goin' Golf's indoor golf simulator venue located in Fenton, Stoke on Trent.
This position is focused on ensuring a fun and enjoyable golfing experience that includes assisting new visitors with the booking process, how to use the game technology, and actively focusing on customer retention through above and beyond customer service.
Other aspect of the role includes but not limited to: responding courteously to guests' requests, play a part in the general running of the reception desk and help the General Manager to maintain a smooth room bookings service; and taking and serving food and beverage orders.
Duty Description
To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience.
Taking food and beverage orders - answering questions about menu items, food sensitivities and food substitutions.
Giving customers suggestions for food and drinks and telling them about any special menu items
Serving food (desserts) and beverage
Processing customer payments
Keeping the bar well stocked and fully supplied with non-alcoholic drinks, and for filling out inventory forms in order to replace items as needed
