We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager for our Work Dynamics business line.

Role Purpose of the Technical Operations Manager
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Operations Manager.

This role would be ideally suited to someone with proven management experience within the maintenance/engineering/utilities/facilities environment looking for the next step intheir career.

The Technical Operations Manager will have overall responsibility for Hard and Soft facility services. Scope includes plant, equipment, building services e.g. heating, ventilation and air-conditioning and management of sub-contractors on site.
Procurement, Design Micro project management and contract management are also requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a pivotal role with a leading international client.

  • Arranging for all important inspections, approvals and licenses
  • Maintain safety and security; monitor access; maintain appearance and overall environment of the organization and wellness facilities.
  • Developing and administering the policies of the facility.
  • Preparing, maintaining and submitting the reports and records to the Client team
  • Take part in reviewing, interviewing, hiring, coaching, supervising, and assessing of new staff.
  • A stable financial position should be maintained for the operation of the facilities.
  • Exercising sound fiscal management practices.
  • Attend staff conferences and trainings.
  • Management of staff on site
  • Meet and exceed Client relationship and expectations
  • Ability to work to tight timescales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Work closely with Operations and Support Departments to meet the business objectives
  • Have a trade/Engineering qualification and background
  • Soft service experience
  • Previous experience of managing people preferable

  • Strong administration, organizational, documentation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
