NQ Medical Negligence Lawyer - Bristol - Hybrid - Claimant

My client, a Top 500 law firm, are looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Medical/Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join their award-winning team in Bristol.


Role Responsibilities (not limited to):


  • Running a caseload of preaction and litigated cases, and delivering excellent client service
  • Supporting individual members of the team with progressing casework on complex cases of maximum severity where required
  • Interviewing clients, taking instructions, and preparing witness statements
  • Attending costs and case management conferences and other court hearings on behalf of clients where appropriate or instructing Counsel
  • Newly Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with experience in Clinical Negligence and a passion for this area of law
