Disclosure

To support the Estates Contract & Projects Manager in planning, managing and monitoring of a comprehensive Estates Service to the Trust and which effectively supports the delivery of its clinical services.

Responsible for the day-to-day management and monitoring of service contracts (PFI and other).

Responsible for the day-to-day management, monitoring, forecasting and reporting of budgets and expenditure for service contracts (PFI and other)

At SSL, we work in partnership with Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust (BSMHFT), to deliver facilities management, transport and other support services to over 50 sites across the West Midlands.

Our team keeps expanding and since our establishment, in 2012, we have grown rapidly though the acquisition of new sites and services.
