Description

Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd (PAML) is one of six heavy aircraft maintenance providers for our client Ryanair, carrying out maintenance on Ryanair's entire fleet of New Generation Boeing series aircraft, at our Hangar facility located at Prestwick International Airport, Ayrshire, Scotland.

Supervision of manpower.
Allocation and prioritisation of tasks.
Management of large / technical jobs.
Ordering A/C spares.
Organising and evaluating repairs.
Assisting the Zone Supervisors.
Ensuring work documentation is completed correctly in accordance with maintenance and Company procedures.
Ensuring that Company Policies, Procedures, Regulations and Instructions are enforced at all times
Ensuring the work area and environment are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Supervising mechanics, trainee mechanics & apprentices.
Any other tasks / duties as directed by Supervisors / Managers.

Requirements:

Extensive B737-NG aircraft experience at PAML as a Mech
Previous experience of supervising / managing manpower would be an advantage.
Good knowledge and experience of AMOS.
Ability to be flexible.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
