About the role
Career Pathways equips young disabled people with knowledge and confidence. The service enables them to fulfil their career aspirations and personal goals.
As a Careers Adviser you will be working with young disabled people in schools across London, at our office and online.
About you
We are looking to recruit an adviser to join our Career Pathways team.
- You will have experience of supporting young disabled people to build their confidence and work towards their goals. This could be in either an education or social care setting.
- You will have the confidence to deliver 1:1 and group sessions to our customers. These will take place in person and online.
- You will be able to produce clear and relevant action plans. These action plans will aid customers to explore and achieve their career goals.
- You will adapt your support to accommodate customer needs. You will have a flexible approach.
- You will be passionate about improving disabled people's lives through education and employment.?
- You will have great planning skills and organisation skills.
- You must have a good working knowledge of IT including Microsoft Office Products. You should be a confident user of digital technology. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics would be desirable.
