Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations & Facilities Support to join our team.

You will be responsible for the proactive delivery of an exceptional administrative support service to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operation and office of the Hensall Mechanical Services team.


Responsibilities:


  • Arranging accommodation and travel for the sitebased teams.
  • Coordinating the fleet of company vehicles (ie leasing, allocation, servicing, repairs, etc).
  • Coordinating the ordering, issue and monitoring of company workwear.
  • Ordering office and other supplies.
  • Producing operationsrelated data, reports and metrics
  • Providing ad hoc operations support.
  • Overseeing office facility/ general housekeeping tasks including morning and evening entry/ closure, coordinating 3rd parties (ie cleaner, gardener), coordinating property repairs/ renewal, general housekeeping/ tidying of the kitchen/ communal areas.

Experience

  • Experience in an administration role, ideally in an operations environment
  • Customer service experience is advantageous

Skills

  • Confident user of MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer focused, confident in dealing with customers and using initiative to resolve a variety of queries.
  • Ability to work at pace, to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Highly organised and able to proactively plan and manage own workload.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow processes accurately and consistently.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and key contacts across the business.
  • Ability to proactively identify process improvements and suggest best practice solutions.
  • Energy, enthusiasm and confidence.
