Description

The Adults and Specialist Mental Health Directorate are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, experienced, Registered Mental Health Nurse to become Head of Nursing for our Specialist Services within Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.


Responsible to the Associate Director of Nursing and Quality, the Head of Nursing will work together with the General Manager and Associate Clinical Director as part of the pathway triumvirate to ensure good governance of services within the portfolio providing professional and compassionate leadership.


The post holder will be expected to provide support and guidance and to represent the diversity of nursing roles within the directorate.

They will need to demonstrate their professional credibility and be a visible member of the Directorate Management Team.


The post holder will continue to build on the success of the organisation, strengthening and enhancing pursuit of the Trust's strategy, vision and PRIDE values in promoting the development of our services.
