An exciting opportunity has opened to join our clirnts vibrant helpdesk team as a 1st line Support EngineerThis role is based 5 days a week in Kent.
Responsibilities for the Helpdesk Engineer
- Act as 1st Line point of contact for queries on for our clients
- Troubleshoot to a 1st line level
- Escalate calls to 2nd line if needed
- User setups and software installations
- Hardware fault finding
