An exciting opportunity has opened to join our clirnts vibrant helpdesk team as a 1st line Support Engineer

This role is based 5 days a week in Kent.


Responsibilities for the Helpdesk Engineer

  • Act as 1st Line point of contact for queries on for our clients
  • Troubleshoot to a 1st line level
  • Escalate calls to 2nd line if needed
  • User setups and software installations
  • Hardware fault finding
