Sales Associate

THE ROLE:

Our Sales Associates play a crucial role at David Clulow Sun as they serve as the important connection between our products and customers. Bringing an authentic, lively, and dynamic approach to every customer interaction, they assist in finding top-quality eyewear.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Consistently achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets through effective customer service and sales techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences by establishing connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Master the art of sharing product knowledge by storytelling to boost sales and create lasting impressions. This includes brand history, production processes, product compositions, trends, and popular items.
  • Actively engage in maintaining a positive store atmosphere, building strong professional relationships with colleagues and store management.
  • Take pride in the store's appearance, showing initiative in keeping displays and products clean, organized, and tidy.
  • Safeguard company assets by staying vigilant on the shop floor, adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and minimize losses.

THE INDIVIDUAL:

  • Strong sales skills, preferably with 11 sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to initiate contact and communicate confidently with strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Positive and independent attitude, excelling in minimal supervision situations.
  • Passion for prioritizing customers' needs.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and adapt to changes with high precision.
  • Flexible approach, with availability for rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 22.5 per week


Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission-based pay
