Red Rock TM are currently working with a large Traffic Management Company in Corby to recruit for Trainee Traffic Management Operatives to Start 1st April in an ongoing role.

The role consists of but is not limited to:

Loading and Unloading Vehicles
General yard duties
Assisting in the implementation, maintenance and removal of Temporary Traffic Management Systems.
Setting out road closures, lane closures and diversions using signs, cones and barriers.
Carrying out Stop & Go jobs
Speaking with members of public and clients alike

To be eligible for this role you must:

Have a full UK driving licence
3.5T driving experience
Have no more than 6 points (No IN10, DD or DR codes to be accepted)
Be available to work early starts
Be flexible working weekends

You must also have a valid
TTMBC qualification (or above).

Red Rock can assist you with getting this qualification, it is a half day course and would be held in Birmingham.

There is a cost of this course which is £150. You would need to pay a £40 deposit in order to secure a place on this course.

There is work in various locations around the West Midlands.

Starting rate is £12.27 per hour. Pay is weekly one week in arrears.

This role does offer progression routes with higher end operatives earning upwards of £1000 a week.
